This statement from one of the many Project Managers we’ve helped is indicative for one of the primary services we offer – professional assistance in planning of time, resources, finance and risk management in projects.
We participate directly in the projects and take responsibility of one or more of these disciplines, thereby giving the Project Manager time to maintain overview and make the right decisions.
We are eager to share our knowledge and are frequently used as motivators and katalysts in the process of improving a company’s project planning – like improving processes, coaching the employees implementing software etc.
