About us

iPPM is a consultancy, founded in 2016 by Christian Brandt, Kim Hagstrøm and Lars B. Møller, three of Denmarks most experienced people within Project- and Portfolio Management (PPM) and all of them with a background from the former West Soft A/S. (Read about our history here: History).
Our vision is, within few years, to become the leading organization in Denmark within PPM.

iPPM provide services in the following areas:

• Consultancy – Services primarily carried out with our customers, like planning, economy management and risk management on our customers projects. We can act as resources directly on the projects, both at planner level and at management level; or we can join a project for a short time to improve the structure and/or processes.
• Technology – It related services; for instance in connection with the purchase, optimization and/or improvement of the customers’ PPM-system. Or it could be establishing of a data-exchange with other SW-systems, or extract of existing data for reporting purposes.
• Training and workshops – Customer-specific training within PPM, risk analysis, or the use of Primavera.
  Workshops to provide inspiration for improved project- and portfolio management.
